Glockner’s Place is situated on the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain in Louisiana. It was my understanding that prior to Hurricane Katrina, Glockner’s Place was a restaurant. The family evacuated and when they returned, all that remained was the concrete slab. Instead of rebuilding the restaurant, they extended the concrete slab and added hook ups for only TWO RV’s. TWO! Have you ever been in a more exclusive RV park? Not only is there only two spots, you are WAY WAY WAY down a dirt road, to where you feel you are almost lost. I was scared we were going to find ourselves in the middle of the lake because the road we were on had water on both sides!
We stayed the first week of December and we were the only ones there. While we were there Zachary made this video.
